On every page of our site you can see ‘Live’ whether we are online to answer any questions that you may have. If we are simply click on the link to chat to one of our team. If we are not online you can still use this facility to leave us a message which will be sent to us via email. We always aim to get back to you with any questions as soon as possible (no longer than 8hrs normally, often much less than this)

Help DeskWe have installed a dedicated help desk which we encourage you to use – the benefits if using this is that you can always refer back to any help desk ‘tickets’ that you have opened, and that the message that you send to us will not get lost. As there is so much spam nowadays, a high volume of important emails are being lost and by using a helpdesk we have eliminated the frustrations that this brings (for us and our customers!).
