2 By sending us (CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) your image(s), you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained written permission from the copyright owner to use the image(s), which then permits us to print it in accordance with your order. |

3 You will indemnify CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) against any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd). |

5 Orders will normally be produced and dispatched from our premises within 72hrs of receipt of initial order or originals. Any delays caused by the customer in responding to email proofs etc will create a corresponding delay in our dispatch time on occasions. When payment is by cheque the ordering cycle will be deemed to start from the point where payment clears into our account. |

6 Orders can be placed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, but will only be processed during working hours. CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) operates working days of Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm. CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) frequently work on bank holidays but these are excluded from our dispatch times, so your canvas may even be shipped quicker than xpected sometimes! We also close for a short period between Christmas and the New Year. Please always add comments to your order if required urgently - we do check orders during these time periods |

7 Our canvas preview service is intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image for composition purposes. Due to variables within the reproduction process, we cannot guarantee an exact recreation of the colour balance of either the original image or the on screen proof. You will however be able to accurately preview image editing and positioning. |

8 CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) will not accept any responsibility for image quality issues other than those arising from faulty manufacturing or printing. The quality and composition of the supplied original is the responsibility of the customer and goods will not be replaced due to issues arising from the nature of the original. We will always endevour to advise you of any potential isues prior to printing however. |

9 Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering. |

10 If a parcel is returned to CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) by the couriers, we will arrange redispatch at a cost of £15.00. This covers the cost charged by the couriers of returning the parcel to CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) and redelivering to the customer. Redelivery will not be made until payment is received. |

11 If the print work arrives damaged or is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will of course send you a replacement canvas at no charge to you. |

12 If you cancel your personalised order (caricatures for example) before you approve the final image for printing, your payment will be refunded minus the cost of the style editing (£20/figure). Each order is hand illustrated by actual artists for you personally so we hope you understand why we must adhere to this policy. We do not print any caricature order unless you are completely satisfied with the image and approve it for printing. |

13 CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) have the right to use your completed image for display or promotional purposes only. If you have a preference for us not to do so, please contact us and we will ensure that all reference to your images are deleted from our systems. |

14 CanvasCrew.co.uk (CTA Media Ltd) shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you. |
